Frequently Asked Questions:

1. If I order an e-book, how will I receive the files? After the order and payment confirmation are received, we send the file via e-mail. These usually go out within 24 hours.

2. What if I want the e-book on a disk instead of by e-mail? We can send out a disc for an extra $4.50 in shipping and handling charges to U.S. locations. Simply contact stevec@powerofwe.com and request the e-book CD you want (readable only or printable) and we’ll send the PayPal payment request with the appropriate total. We will ship the CDs by US Priority Mail. For locations outside the U.S., we will need to determine the shipping costs before we send the payment request.

3. What hardware do I need to read the e-book? Any computer or e-book reader that can open a PDF file should be able to display the e-book. As a copyrighted book, these files are only for the purchaser’s use and are not to be copied or distributed to others without permission. We can offer some discounts for quantity purchases. 5. How are the paperback books shipped? For the discounted $1.50 shipping and handling rate, we ship them in a padded envelope by US Media Mail. It usually takes about one day longer than First Class Mail. If you want the paperbacks to be shipped by US Priority Mail for an extra $4.50, contact stevec@powerofwe.com and request the paperback book you want (regular or author autographed) and we’ll send the PayPal payment request with the appropriate total. For locations outside the U.S., we will need to determine the shipping costs before we send the payment request.

6. What payment methods do you offer? We offer credit card purchasing through links to Paypal. (PayPal can take your favorite credit card even if you’re not a member already). You can always send a check for the amount total. Contact stevec@powerofwe.com so we can work out the details first.

7. What about refunds? We don’t offer refunds for the e-books. Like most computer software or downloads, we can’t offer a return of an electronic file. However, if you have problems in receiving an e-book, let us know about the problem and we will work with you to find a solution.

For our paperback books, we will replace defective or damaged books, although we check the quality before shipping. Notify us of any problem upon receipt of goods by e-mail and return the book within 30 days to the address we furnish you.
